Family-first design.
About 80% of our Narre Warren pools are sized for kids. That means a gentle tanning-ledge entry (50–200mm deep, perfect for toddlers and grandparents), a wider shallow end (1.0–1.2m for 4–8 year olds), and a 1.8m deep end for older kids and adults. We don’t do showroom ‘adult-only resort’ pools here often — the ones we build are designed to handle six kids at a birthday party without anyone getting drowned in the shallow end.
Mature blocks, access challenges.
Streets around Fountain Gate — Bemersyde Drive, Centre Road, Outlook Drive — have 1980s brick fences, established eucalypts and overhead power lines that constrain crane swing. We measure access carefully at the site visit. If the crane can’t get in clean we either drop and reinstate a fence panel ($1.5K–$3K) or move to a sprayed-shotcrete concrete pool where access doesn’t matter. We do not bash trees down to fit a fibreglass shell — the tree-removal permit alone would kill the timeline.
Lakeside estate — the newer half.
The Lakeside estate north of the Princes Highway is a different build environment: 550–750m² blocks, straight street frontages, newer Class M reactive soil, design covenants requiring glass or black tubular fencing. About 70% of our Lakeside builds are fibreglass — crane the shell in from the street, plumb up and pave in 2 weeks of on-site work.
